Process Served
Service of process is the procedure employed to give legal notice to a person (such as a defendant) of a court or administrative body’s exercise of its jurisdiction over that person so as to enable that person to respond to the proceeding before the court, body or other tribunal. Usually, notice is furnished by delivering a set of court documents (called “process”) to the person to be served.
Confidentiality
Be assured, strict confidentiality will be maintained at all times.
Witness Interviews
Our interviews are conducted in a location where all persons involved feels most comfortable in speaking with us.
Video Depositions
To ensure an accurate record of statements made during a deposition, a court reporter is present and typically transcribes the deposition with stenographic equipment. Depending upon the amount in controversy and the ability of the witness to appear at trial, audio or video recordings of the deposition are sometimes taken as well.
